Design Thinking is an innovation model that iteratively develops needs and solutions with various interest groups. The aim is to understand the need from different perspectives and to develop ideas, evaluate them and develop new ideas that convince the user.
The mandatory results-oriented prototypical approach avoids thinking traps that arise from complacency. As in classical prototyping, it is possible to start from scratch at any time. Different methods such as benchmarking, persona, focus groups or Pecha Kucha are used in situ.
In our training you will get to know the approach of Design Thinking; starting with the understanding of the question via the generation of ideas up to the final implementation of the final solution. You will learn best practices and receive tips on how Design Thinking can be successfully implemented and improved. The training is aimed at developers and product managers.
