Vector Forum 2019: Agile Scaling - Scaled Agile

Agile teams are best suited for innovation and competitiveness. When well implemented, they always deliver higher productivity, faster time to market and better quality. However, many companies face challenges when scaling agile, where different teams must synchronize. More than half of agile transformations are cancelled.

How to sustainably ramp up Agile development? How to scale Agile methods for critical systems, complex supplier, networks and distributed teams?

Conclusions

7 Speakers and 110 experts

On 27 June 2019, the 13thVector Forum successfully took place at Vector Campus in Stuttgart. More than 100 leading practitioners and industry experts discussed on the common topic of Agile Scaling in different domains for distributed teams. In 7 presentations - by Bosch, Daimler, Festo, Knorr-Bremse, ZF and Vector - our speakers showed the current status and tailored solutions for challenges in agile transformation.

The presentations were completed with an exhibition, in which Vector Consulting Services showcased its solutions in 3 main areas - Process, Safety & Security and Technology. Reason enough for the participants to have more in-depth conversations during the coffee breaks and also after the lectures.
