Vector Forum 2009: OEM and Suppliers

The Vector Forum 2009 took place on 25 June 2009 at Vector in Stuttgart with the topic "OEM and suppliers - opportunities in the crisis". Sixty executives from industry and experts from Vector Consulting Services met for a half-day sharing of experiences. Interesting presentations and practical discussions evolved around the questions: "How to maintain a win-win partnerships with suppliers" and "What can be learned from the experiences in other companies?"

Experts from Alcatel-Lucent, BMW, Daimler, Diehl, ZF and Vector Consulting Services presented practical insights, what counts in the collaborative development of electronic systems, and how new models of collaboration improve efficiency, by optimizing and streamlining development and thus achieving cost reductions.

Until late in the evening the participants discussed around a dinner on this highly relevant theme. Several industry journals will further communicate on the Vector Forum 2009. We will inform you about this.

We will send you the presentations or inform you about our services to optimize your supplier and customer relationships (e.g., supplier evaluation and improvement, shared requirements engineering, assistance in outsourcing and offshoring, tool environments, etc.). Send us a short Mail with your needs or proposals.
