You are invited to our CMMI introduction training. This is the official training of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) "Introduction to the Capability Maturity Model Integration version 1.2". On top you will receive lots of immediately useful practical guidance.
The training highlights how to get most benefits from the CMMI without ending in heavy process architectures. As an additional bonus the widely-used assessment tool COMPASS will be introduced. You will get your own demo version for entries from your own organization.
